Rental & Age Requirements Over 25 years of age, major credit card, proof of insurance and valid U.S. or international driver's license in English. 21-24 years old add $10/day. We accept all major credit cards. Travel Area Restrictions Travel is permitted throughout Washington State, parts of Oregon in addition to Victoria and Vancouver, British Columbia. Taxes Car rental tax in Washington is 18.3% for rental of all passenger licensed vehicles such as cars and passenger vans. Customers passing through SeaTac International airport pay a 5% concession fee to Ace ExtraCar compared with rentals inside the terminal which pay 28.3% tax!
